KOKO
earned a place in history winning HIGH IN TRIAL - AGILITY at the first Akita Club of America agility
trial, 2001 in St. Louis.
KOKO
is now 11 years old, she still likes to attend practice, do a
few tunnels, visit with her friends, tell them how to do it.
But,
she's elected to stop competing and prefers to hang out ringside
at the shows, cheering her friends on as she snacks and sits
in the shade.
KOKO
was bred by Linda Walker, Sunapee Akitas. KOKO is a daughter
of Spenser and grand daughter of Nyla Haddy's NEKO.
WHAT AN
ABSOLUTE BLAST
SHE IS!

KOKO
has earned the following titles:
NA,
NJ, OA, NAC, NJC, NGC, RS-N, JS-N CGC, TDI, TT and two legs toward
a CD.
At
the Akita Club of America Nationl Specialty, in one day KOKO
took High in Trial - Agility, earned her Temperament Test Certificate
and earned her first leg in obedience.
Not
bad eh?
She
is now a veteran, so we have slowed down some. We occassionally
go tracking, as we both enjoy this outdoor activity very much.
KOKO
now just plays at agility at the age of eleven.
But,
she's thinking about giving Rally a shot.
She's
recently taken on the task of keeping two Pembroke Corgis in
line, teaching them manners and bosting how the BIG DOGS do things.
